Study on Psychological Assessment Model for High-speed Train Driver

摘要：

The paper describes High-speed Locomotive driver Psychological Evaluation Model,and introduces the design of index system of this model,based on the relative research on psychological diathesis measure both home and abroad.Through the practical measure to selected high speed locomotive driver,this model and its index system are tested.
