The universities rear service groups general intensification and the degree of industry are not high,even the majority of universities rear services more or less exist lagging phenomenon in the personnel system.The group more or less has the phenomenon of personal rule in the aspect of human resources management.If the universities are really eager to realize the socialization of rear service,they must carry on the reasonable disposition to the rear service human resources,and carry through the human resources management based on the business management idea,besides the reasonable funds allocation and policy inclining to the newly established rear service company or the group.
