Research on System Framework of Project Management

摘要：

With the advent of new economy,project management is one of the key factors in the market competence at present and in the future.This Paper builds a system framework of project management;this system framework concludes the concept level,process level,tools level and environment level.And then discusses the connotation,enabling tools and supporting system of successful project management,and provides definite reference meaning for successfully realizing project management.
