Research on Strategy of Work Safety Management for SMEs Based on DCS
Achieving work safety,which is the necessary request for fulfilling the scientific concept of development fully,which also is the fundamental guarantee for establishing harmonious society.Security work has been placed in an important position increasingly.With the rapid development of market economy and the globalization of economic emerging,enterprises are being faced with various complex changes.How can SMEs adapt to the chaotic,complex production environment and formulate effective development strategies of work safety,so as to achieve sustainable development,which is an important topic to study the strategic management of the enterprise.This paper from the Chaotic System (CS) and the Complex System (CS) theory (collectively called Double-CS,or short DCS.) analyzed the strategy of production security long-term management for SMEs,which is a brand-new concept on enterprises management.Contraposing modern SMEs are facing the chaotic and complex environmental systems,and applying the basic principles and characters of the Chaotic systems (CS) and the Complex System (CS),this paper put up a dynamic analysis for many factors which impact on work safety in enterprises,then put forward the stratagem of work safety management for SMEs,which will be helpful to achieve sustainable development of enterprise in the chaos and complex environment.
