How should the Chinese Enterprises Cope with the Uncertainties in the Context of Globalization and What Specific Measures should Be Recommended?

In the context of global competition, globalization has made substantial impacts on the micro economic base of China, in other words, on Chinas industry and enterprises. The paper analyzes challenges and opportunities facing Chinas enterprises arising with globalization, and based on the analysis, the authors put forward ways concerning construction of core competitiveness of Chinas enterprises from perspectives of company governance, enterprises strategy and company financial Management.
