The Strategies concerning Quality Crisis of Products in Enterprises
The quality of product is the essence of the existence, development and brand of an enterprise, which plays an important role in determining the furore of the cooperation. In the modem time, the quality of products become more important, and the quality crisis of products becomes a common problem for many enterprises. In order to help enterprises to deal with the problem brought by the quality crisis, this paper brought forward new requirements for the management of the quality crisis of products, and proposed strategies to deal with the quality crisis of products including the pre-crisis management, crisis management and after-crisis management.
