Evaluating Deviation between the Goods and Desire

摘要：

It is a basic problem to weigh the performance of goods in meeting peoples desire.. The paper maintains that the theory deviation, objectively, can be used to measure, but, because the limitations of peoples feeling can only the scale deviation be used. The paper set up the relationship between the theoretic deviation and the scaling deviation by utilizing trigonometric function and fuzzy function.
