A Study of Consensus Analysis in Multi-attribute Group Decision-making

摘要：

There are different opinions in group decision-making, so it is important to integrate group opinions. It doesnt accord with the reality that we dont analyze consensus of group decision-making.This paper proposes two concepts, which are concentration and comparability of group decision-making for demonstrating two nonconsensus circumstances; and defines concentration index and comparability index in multi-attribute group decision-making; and discusses two thresholds of two indices; and designs group decision-making based on improved Delphi method; and finally illustrates consensus analysis method.
