Research on the Model of Dynamic Comprehensive Evaluation for the User Evaluations of Collaborative Design Provider
Based on the analysis of characteristic and requirement of the dynamic evaluation for the user evaluations, this paper presents a model of dynamic comprehensive evaluation, which can reflect the essentials of the comprehensive capability better, aimed at the problem of the comprehensive evaluation for the user evaluations of collaborative design provider. The experiment proves that the dynamic model,which not only overcome the shortages of the existing evaluation methods, embody the dynamic characters such as the changing trend of the attribute values of user evaluations, and the changing of the influence extent according to the difference of the times of evaluating, and effectively reflect the degree of the advantage, disadvantage, steadiness and increase of the resource, but also simplify the calculation of weightiness coefficients of attributes, and solve the problem of the judging matrix hardly satisfying the coherence under the circumstances that there are too many attributes using the AHP. The model is very important to the decision-making in this instance that there are a great deal of attributes and the attribute values of user evaluation varied dynamically.
