Analysis and Research on Decision Making Process for the Selection of Technical Alliance Partners in Construction Engineering

摘要：

As an innovative form, a technical alliance serves as one of the important approaches to improve and upgrade core competence so as stay more competitive. One key issue is how to select partners. My thesis makes qualitative and quantitative analysis on specific decision making, starting from most commonly adopted forms of cooperation and the requirements for collaboration.
