Application of Grey System in Estimate of Engineering Investment

摘要：

This article proposed one kind of high-accuracy new method for project estimates-gray systern method．This article first introduced grey system,and then carried on the simple comprehensive introduction to method of thiS theorys modeling and accuracy test through,and explained this method concrete utilization in estimate of engineering investment through the example．The method not only needs less historical data,does not need to estimate the characteristic of the other characteristic parameter,but also has the very high forecast precision．This solved exactly the low-accuracy difficult problem in the project investment estimate．
