Prediction Method of Construction Project Cost Based on Rough Sets and Unascertained Measure

摘要：

There are many factors affecting the cost of building, some of the factors are related and redundant.We use Rough sets to reduce some related or redundant factors. Based on the ascertained measure and the cost of classical building, the cost of new Building can be predicted through similar weights and Exponential smoothing. The advantage of this method is that we can predict the cost of building through comparing with the representative and classical building cost. Using this method, we can predict the cost of objective building quickly、 effectively and accurately. It proves that the result we obtain is more reasonable.
