What the key to the development of Traditional Villages and Towns Resorts is to found out the appropriate coordination point of development and protection The paper proposes the development phase theory of traditional villages and towns, and carries on that tourism cultural industriahzation is the highest phase, it s also the effective ways of sustainable development of Traditional Villages and Towns Resorts.
