Study on Community-based Ecological Tourism Management--Case Survey from Jiuzhaigou Natural Reserves in Sichuan Province
Ecotourism is the fastest growing sector of one of the worlds largest industries--tourism,community-based ecotourism is an option for rural development, but few cases have shown this to be sustainable. Based on the recent research fruits at home and abroad, this paper, taking Sichuan Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserves as a case study, makes a study on community-based ecotourism management. Firstly it introduces Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserves, illuminates the significance for Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserves to develop the community-based ecotourism and reviews the literatures about the study on ecotourism. Then the author designs a questionnaire involving the villagersinformation in community-based ecotourism, analyzes the statistic results of the survey questionnaires and puts forward the measures for the community-based ecotourism in Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserves.
