Study on the Innovation of Community Management Patterns Based on Digitized Techniques

摘要：

Community management is a significant project in the process of urbanization in China as well as a primary mission for the governments building harmonious society. While along with the development of digital technology, the traditional community management mode finds it hard to adapt itself to the requirements of community management in the new trend. The information ages approaching cries for a brand-new community management mode to match with it. This article takes the Chinese characteristics of community development, management and service into full consideration and proposes an integrated means to construct a new digital technology-based community management mode, which, through the digitization of community management and service work, aims at realizing the innovation of community and real property management
