Risk Cause-responsibifity Model Based on Input and Output Analysis

摘要：

This article, by applying the theory of Input and output analysis, focuses on the overall risk of the preservation and reuse of Industrial Heritage. It analyzes the relationships between involving parties regarding the cause and responsibility of these risks. A risk cause-responsibility analysis table and a risk cause-responsibility model are established in this article. It also provides some sample applications of the theory.Risk cause-responsibility model provides a new approach and research method with scientific justification for balancing the interests and defining responsibilities for involving parties.
