Economic Consequences of Violation of Disclosure in China Capital Market Based on the Case of *STmiangao

摘要：

This paper pays main attention to the question of economic consequences of violation of disclosure in China capital market. Based on the case of *Stmiangao(600139.SH) listed firm and using empirical data, this paper concludes that the violation of disclosure can provide market abnormal return and has economic consequences. The violation of disclosure could incur badly market effect and damage the benefits of small and medium investors. The supervisor should establish rigorous regulations to punish offenders in order to maintenance market dispassion and protect the benefit of investors.
