Contradiction Harmonization and Practical Enlightenment of Simple Management

摘要：

The complicated internal and external environment that enterprises faced required for the management mode that can effectively control the complexity, and then the simple management theory is emerged, which is provided with characteristic of transition, and whose essence is to get hold of the principal contradiction so as to improve management efficiency. However, it is not mature currently and there are still some contradictions in think front, which need to be harmonized in management practice.Nevertheless, the practices of simple management have great enlightenments to the Chinese enterprises.
