Research on Osculating Value Static Comprehensive Evaluation for Enterprises Technological Capability Based on Knowledge Management

摘要：

Based on the ideology of knowledge management, this essay redefines technology capability and its key factors from the angle of knowledge management, and designs the evaluation index system for technological capability according to the four component factors of enterprises technological capability, and finally proposes osculating value method static comprehensive analysis model for enterprise technological capability based on this.
