Research on International Entrepreneurship Strategy Model of Automotive Enterprises

International entrepreneurial strategy is one of the most important decisions of manufacturing industry nowadays. World Automotive enterprises all accelerate their international entrepreneurial process. Chinese automotive enterprises have also entered the international market actively. The authors have made empirical study by means of questionnaire and constructed a model of international entrepreneurship strategy. The article studies the typical case based on this model. The study provides instructive significance for the international entrepreneurship strategy of Chinese automotive enterprises and the development of automotive industry cluster.
