Strategy study on Horizontal Merger and Reorganization among Coal Enterprises With Heterogeneous Products
The energy structure featuring abundant coal, deficient oil and scarce gas determines that China is one of the countries with coal as the main energy; and the coal industry has been always holding the balance in the Chinese national economy. However, the problems of overproduction and over-rivalry are caused by small scales which block the development of coal industry healthily.Large-scale enterprise in coal industry is an efficient approach to upgrade the whole competition ability of coal industry. The paper researches the merger and reorganization strategy among coal enterprises with heterogeneous products in based on the improved bowley game when cost function is exponential,and discusses the effect of enterprise merger on output, price and profit. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for building large-scale coal enterprise group and several super-large coal bases in our country.
