Traps of Management

摘要：

Both positive aspect and negative aspect of management should be paid attention to. Power inertia makes managers possibly fall into traps like status, relation net, hesitation, conservatism and camouflage which are thought of traps of management. status over result, relation net over sense of responsibility, investigation over decision, seeking commonness over seeking difference & camouflage over sincerity are the specific appearances. The article expatiates on these aspects and puts forward corresponding thoughts of countermeasures.
