Theoretical Study on Embeddedness of Overseas R&D Resources into National Innovation System

摘要：

The relationship between the embeddedness of overseas R&D resources and host countrys national innovation system has been the forefront problem in international economic circles. Based on Industry-location linkage, Science Park, R&D alliance among enterprises, Staff mobility and Interaction among non-profit institutions, this paper put forward specific mechanism how to promote overseas R&D resources to embed into national innovation system. Moreover, we analyze the practice of Chinese national innovation system making use of overseas R&D resources.
