The Revolutionary Reformer of Traditional Government Affairs by E-government
Since 1980s, Information technology has developed swiftly and violently. It is represented by Micro-electronics, computer and network technique and it has been the first driving force for economy.Since economic base determines superstructure, so the development of technology promotes the traditional government affairs reorganization in our country. This paper has analyzed the content of reforger of e-government affairs to traditional government affairs from macro perspective, it includes:administrative reorganization, management expertise transformation, and Government service business processes reforger. Then, the paper has analyzed the significance of the reforger of e-government affairs to traditional government affairs, and pointed out that, with the establishment and the consummation of e-government affairs, by communicating with the public through the internet, listening to public opinion and the desire, unceasing adjusting governments behavior, the government can make administration more open, democratic and efficient, thus promotes the development of the harmonious social.
