Systemic Analysis and Optimization Control on Circular Economy

摘要：

Circular economy is environment-friendly, resources saving and protection including the waste utilization. In China developing circular economy is the need of carrying out the outlook on scientific development、 realizing sustainable development、 building harmonious socialist society.Therefore, studying the theory of circular economy has important direction and application value. This paper describes the circular economy system and its characteristic, discusses the structure 、 function and the relationship of circular economy. This paper studies the evolvement、 optimization and control.The study will have a good effect on constructing the circular economy system theory.
