Create a Service Oriented Government Body for Harmonic Society in Modern China

摘要：

Building a service-oriented government, that is implementing management in service and reflecting service in management, is the inevitably demand of achieving scientific development and building a harmonious socialist society. This article is based on the necessities of building a service-oriented government, and combining the spirits of the 17th CPPCC to discuss the developing and perfecting of building a service-oriented government in China and bringing out the measures in order to be benefit for the transformation of government functions and management innovations.
