Study on Performance Evaluation for Non-profit Organizations Based on GA-BP Algorithm

摘要：

On the basis of analyzing the significance of performance evaluation in non-profit organizations, the paper built up evaluation-index system of performance evaluation for non-profit organizations including three level structure and 21 indications on basis of establishing the principle of indication system, and evaluation model was built used GA-BP algorithm, the reliability and feasibility of this method was proved by case study.
