Relation Analysis of Critical Success Factors in Enterprises Virtual R&D Team By Artificial Neural Networks Model

摘要：

Virtual R&D Team is the outcome of modem electronic information technique and the trend of team development in the future. It is the guarantee of the main competition of enterprises with its efficiency governance mechanisms. Based on the comprehensive analysis of artificial neural networks model, this paper summarizes nine critical success factors (CSF) impacted performance of enterprises virtual R&D team and discusses the relations among these CSF. The example at the end shows the feasibility of this method.
