Obstacle Location-allocation Optimization Design of Star-type Oil-gas Gathering and Transferring System
The location-allocation of multilevel stations is an important part in layout design of oil-gas gathering and transferring system. In order to improve the quality of layout design, an obstacle location-allocation optimization model of star-type oil-gas gathering and transferring system is established, in which the minimal pipeline investment is taken as objective function, the restrictions to the unique relations between nodes, processing capacity, geometrical position etc. are taken as constraint conditions. The model is a hybrid optimization design problem with disperse and continuous variables.According to configuration characteristics of the model, the problem is divided into location layer and allocation layer, and solved with a hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm which organically combined genetic algorithm, simulated annealing with traditional optimization algorithm. Software package is developed, and a computational example is given based on it.
