Building Logistic Mode to Optimal Allocate Grain Processing Enterprises in Supply Chain
The regions of grain production and grain sale are separate in China, which brings forward a high requirement of the building of logistics system in grain processing enterprises. Although it is more than 20 years in competition and integration among grain processing enterprises, there are still the problems of small, weak and separate. There is little acceptance of the concepts of logistics and supply chain management among people. Therefore, it is essential and urgent to pay attention to the building of logistics system in the grain processing enterprises. The paper firstly analyzes the status quo of the logistics of grain processing enterprises in China. Based on the study of modes of SCM in foreign grain processing enterprises, the building of two supply chains is put forward: one from raw grain harvest to processing, and the other from grain processing product to terminal customer. At the end, some relevant measures are analyzed in order to build the whole supply chain from field to dinner table with the effective connection of the two supply chains.
