The Research on Complexity of Supply Chain Inventory Management under Information Entropy

摘要：

This article has changed the complexity problem of the supply inventory management to the uncertainty problem from the angle of information-transmission. Under the situation of separate information source, it has analyzed the complexity of manufacturer inventory management by information entropy. Under the situation of integrated information source, it has analyzed the complexity between manufacturer and supplier by integrated information entropy. Based on the analysis of correlation factors affecting the complexity, it has proposed several strategies to the complexity problem.
