Study of the College Development Strategy under the Background of System Innovation

摘要：

For the ten years, our higher education has entered the popular educations new stage, in which the college is facing the more and more increasing competition and stress. It is one of the most key questions how the college is analyzing the competition environment and establishing the adaptive development strategy. The paper makes suggestions for the colleges development strategy according as the college facing the competition environment.
