Datum Comparison on Project Management during Scientific Research Industrialization in University

摘要：

Now industrialization of scientific research in university is not only slow, but also very much non-ideal because the project management of universitys industrialization has no effective system of evaluation The datum comparison is important in the strategic planning of project management. It is an effective method to enhance the maturity and the achievements of project management. Influential role of datum comparison were determined. The six kinds of datum comparison were also analyzed in detail.So the datum comparisons would improve the level of project management and powerfully promote the development of the universitys industrialization.
