Intellectual Property Right Strategy Becomes Pivotal Role When Province Moving towards Innovative Zhejiang

摘要：

PR system can stimulate the enthusiasm in independent innovations and inventions, which provides security for the normal cycle of independent innovations. Zhejiang should actively implement the IPR strategy and brand development strategy and promote the IPR management, protection as well as the application. It is expected to construct the innovative Zhejiang with strong core competitiveness soon with the implementation of 1PR strategy.
