Analysis on Talent Persons Shortage in China through Supply and Demand Model
This paper analyzes firstly the characteristics of the shortage talented person in new industry under the knowledge-economy ages of our country. The talented person supply and demand mathematical models are created based on the economics supply and demand theories. Through human resources supply and demand equilibrium analysis, the paper elaborates the solution of the shortage problem about the talented person in new industry of our country. It has important theories meaning and instruction in fulfillment for China to realize modernization smoothly and facilitate the new industry efficiently under knowledge-economy ages.
