Evaluation on Crisis of Drain of Talented Human Resource in Forest Industry Enterprises
Brain drain in forestry industry enterprises not only hinders the business to development, but also resists development in the entire state-owned forest region. Forewarning model of brain drain in the forest industry enterprises has been constructed accordingly.. Based on the model, the evaluation index system is designed though the analytic hierarchy process to weight all the indicators. At the same time,an empirical study is made in Sanchazi bureau, the forest industry enterprise in Jilin province.According to the index weight identified by the analytic hierarchy process, the factor of individual staff is the most important, followed by the business organizations. Compared with other two aspects, the regional environmental factor has the minimal impact. The result of the evaluation of the case enterprise reflects the real situation of the crisis of brain drain in state-owned forestry industry enterprises in Northeast China. That is to say, brain drain crisis in state-owned forestry industry enterprises is not to the perceived high-risk extent.
