How to Retain Key Employees for Private Enterprises

Privately-run enterprises has played a very important role in Chinas economic development,however, the development of private enterprises is not all smooth sailing. One of the most important restricting the development of private economy is the draining of key employees. Therefore, retaining key employees has already become a new urgent task in private enterprises management. The thesis analyzed the major factors from various angles to the key staff, and put forward measures to retain key employees.
