Study on Personnel Recruitment in Chinas Tourism Enterprises
The HRM of tourism enterprises could not only be remained at a common level, we must start from recruiting to improve the situation of tourism HRM establishing the concept of which human resource is the primary resource, and introduce talents through scientific methods. According to the existing problems of tourism enterprises recruitment, this paper made some exploration and proposed several countermeasures in terms of the recruiting process.
