Survey and Analysis on Degree of Satisfaction from Coal Mining Employees
The degree of satisfaction of the coal enterprise employees is the most important thermometer and the earthquake prediction instrument to diagnose the present management situation of the coal enterprise affecting the future performance of the coal enterprise, and improve the working quality of the staff. Using the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, I studied the employees degree of satisfaction of one coal mine which belonged to Jiaozuo Coal Group, established the indicating system of the staffs degree of satisfaction according to the AHP method, and adopted the method of questionnaire investigation and the method of interview. Then I analyzed the reason that caused such a degree of satisfaction.
