On Scientific Construction of Effective Incentive Mechanism for High Skilled Talents

As China is one of the leading countries for the manufacturing industry, it is essential to have a team of qualified high skilled talents. However, actually, there are numerous imperfect and undesirable facts in the existing incentive mechanism of talents, which have seriously affected the role that talents should play. This document explores the issues regarding the effective incentive on high skilled talents, analyzes their basic characteristics and the features of requirements, thus proposing a scientific, multi-tiers incentive portfolio oriented towards different talents and constructing an effective incentive mechanism model on the high skilled talents with a view to provide a reference for our native enterprises.
