Economic Analysis of Rational Utilization of Working Hours Resources

摘要：

In recent years, many companies face difficulties of rational utilization of working hours resources, including staffs inefficiency, not yet optimal use of resources and excessive overtime (called extend working hours in economics). Economics analysis methods are used in this paper to discuss how to arrange working hours resources, control overtime and improve work efficiency. The aim is to make good use of working hours resources.
