The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment: A meta-analytical Explanation

This study was a meta-analysis of the impact of culture (east culture or west culture samples come from) on the relationship between TF and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and organizational commitment. Using hierarchical liner modeling (HLM) to explain whether the culture variable contribute to the difference of the studies and the extent on which it devote to this difference.There are 19 effect sizes in group 1 (correlation coefficients of the relationship between TF and OCB) and 24 effect sizes in the group2 (correlation coefficients of the relationship between TF and organizational commitment). The culture variable is positive in the group 1, but is not seem to be notable in group 2.
