Research on the Personnel Structure among Support Staffs,Administrators and Scientists in Research Institutions

Support staffs and administrators play an important role in improving the efficiency of the research and enhancing the level of research output of scientists in scientific research institutions. In order to fred rational personnel structure rules of setting an appropriate arrangement among research support staffs, administrators and scientists, and Shed light on the restructuring of academic staffs in scientific research institutions in china, correlation and regression analysis is applied based on the data collected from 50 influenced scientific research institutes in United States, Britain, France and Germany, It brings out the following results: In the four countries, each scientist configurates with a certain amount of support staff and administor in Research institutions.There are significantly positive correlation relationships between the support staffs, administrators and scientists, otherwise there are not simple linear relationships between them.
