Discussion of Financial Support Policy in New Rural Construction
To accelerate new rural construction is important strategic choice of maintaining substantial and rapid economic and society development of our country, while fmancial support is indispensable in new rural construction. At present, serious insufficient financial support in agriculture, countryside and farmers development becomes bottleneck which restricts new rural construction development. On the basis of analyzing the experience of promotion rural financial support in new rural construction in developed countries, this paper emphasizes on discussing possible mechanism, method and related policy, including: effectively integrate existing rural financial resources and optimize rural financial institutions and their financial functions; implement proper encouragement policy, intensify financial support in agriculture, countryside and farmers; optimize rural financial environment, increase agriculture, countryside and farmers financial competitive power; set up cooperation platform between financial institution and agriculture, countryside and farmers, better promote the mutual development of rural finance and economy and so on.
