Comparative Study on Learning Organization and Corporate Culture -- Also on Querying of the Learning Corporate Culture

Corporate culture is quite prevalent in the enterprise management in China and the research and practice does not fade until now, in the last 10 years learning organization has been the new focus,particularly the central government has studied to establish learning-oriented political party for nearly 50 times, which has far-reaching impact. For any business there are corporate culture, in the application of learning organization, it needs to clarify the relationship between the two, at present, there are misunderstandings in recognizing and practice of learning organization. The paper makes a comparative analysis from perspective of the background, content, extension, characteristics, philosophy etc, which has great theoretical and practical significance.
