摘要：

This essay researched on characteristics of three kind modes of technological innovation by comparatively study. Analysis point out that different technological innovation mode adapt to different enterprises technological capability status. The technological innovation mode should be selected based on analysis on the characteristics of enterprises technological capability factors.
