Study on the Micro-structure of Technological Capabilities of Enterprises based on the Process of Technological Catch-up

摘要：

On the basis of the references, we define technological capabilities of enterprises based on the process of technological catch-up and analyze the micro-structure of technological capabilities of enterprises. We hold that technological capabilities of enterprises refers to the ability to learn,accumulate and use technological knowledge effectively as the enterprise searching, selecting, acquiring, assimilating and improving the existing technology. As consistently learning, accumulating and using the technical knowledge, the enterprises in less developed regions or countries can improve their technological capabilities along the five-phase path composed of searching, selecting, acquiring,assimilating and improving.
