Non-profit organizations are indispensable force to build harmonious society in China, but the development of non-profit organizations is currently experiencing some bottlenecks. On the basis of the analysis of the development of Chinas non-profit organization existing problems, the paper provides scientific, operational measures combining characteristics of the non-profit organizations, the author would like it has a role to promote the development of non-profit organizations
