The Research on Coordination Principle of Corporate Governance Based on the Perspective of the Stakeholders

Stakeholder theorists argue that production and business activities of all enterprises can not go without the devotion and participation of stakeholders. So management strategies of enterprise should take their interests into account and also give them relevant remunerations. However, the interests of different stakeholders are often discrepant; sometimes even conflicts arise among them. On the view of stakeholders, this article discusses the practical issues of the corporate governance, clarifies that the principles of corporate governance is actually a system which is arranged by enterprise to harmonize the interests requested by various stakeholders.
