Management Tactics for Integration of Employment Contracts and Psychological Contracts
Harmonious industrial relations are of great significance for building a harmonious socialist society. Since China began its reform and opening up, employers have adopted partially employment contracts and psychological contracts, two regulatory measures for industrial relations.Facts have proved that the integration of two regulatory measures is the only way to build harmonious industrial relations. The study analyzes the management of employment contracts and psychological contracts through classifying employees into different groups, put forward a management model of integrating employment contracts and psychological contracts. Meanwhile, we think construction of communication culture with putting people first as its core as well as flexibility management of contracts are necessary conditions to realize integration management.
